He has been exposed to various aspects of construction viz. Planning, Coordination, Execution and Monitoring of small and large construction projects using computer assisted Project Management Systems.

He has coordinated Architectural, Structural and Service Drawings and supervised the work at sites, approved and appointed sub-contractors, framed contracts, settled final bills and claims, finalized extra items and got As Built drawings done. In addition, I have dealt with Civil Authorities for clearances. I have represented owners in few projects and contractors in others.
